Stephen English

Stephen English retired from the Fashion Industry in New York City and moved back to Greensboro in 1990. She has resided at the Nettie Coad Apartments for thirteen years and has been a member of the Ole Asheboro Neighborhood Association for the past three years. She was appointed to the board of directors of the association in 2004. Ms. English has volunteered at the Weatherspoon Art Gallery at UNCG, served as a docent at the Greensboro Historical Museum for Black History Month touring exhibition, “When Freedom Comes.”
