Turner Wiley
Turner Wiley is a retired 25-year veteran of United Parcel Service. He received his B.S. Degree in Industrial Technology from North Carolina A&T State University in 1973. He attained his Computer Programming Certification from ECPI in 1975. As a Shop Steward/Company Liaison for the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, he spent 14 years engaged in advocacy for workers rights in the work place. He has always been an anti-racist activist for civil rights issues and has been involved in various community and neighborhood activities. Mr. Wiley is very passionate and committed to social change. He is a member of The Partnership Project, for which he attended the Undoing Racism™ workshop. Mr. Wiley intends to continue to work to bring this awareness of institutional racism to others. He resides in Greensboro and has one daughter, Angail.
